These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the Moon Win online gambling services made available through the website located at https://moonwin-bet.com (the "Site"), as referenced in the Moon Win project for users in Canada. Definitions

- Site means the online gambling platform operated by the Operator and accessible via moonwin-bet.com, including all subdomains, mobile versions, and related services.
- Moon Win or Moon Win Casino means the online casino brand made available via the Site and operated by the Operator.
- User, Player, you, or your means any natural person who accesses the Site, creates an account, or uses any services provided through the Site.
- Account means a personal, individual user account registered on the Site and maintained by the Operator on your behalf.
- Bet or Wager means any sum of money risked by you on a game, event, or outcome offered on the Site, including casino games, live casino games, and any other gambling product.
- Game means any casino, slot, table, live-dealer, or other gambling product available on the Site.

Registration Process

KYC Verification and Documentation
- To comply with anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, and age-verification requirements, the Operator may request documents at any time, including but not limited to:
- government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or national ID card);
- proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar dated within the previous 3 months);
- proof of payment method ownership (copy of bank card, bank statement, or e-wallet screenshot);
- any other document reasonably required to verify your identity, source of funds, or compliance with these Terms.
- Pending successful completion of KYC checks, the Operator may restrict deposits, gameplay, and/or withdrawals.
- Failure or refusal to provide requested documents may result in suspension or closure of your Account and withholding of funds in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
User Obligations and Account Security
- You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout the lifetime of your Account is true, accurate, and complete. You must promptly update any changes via the Site or customer support.
- You are solely responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; and
- all activity carried out under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
- You must not:
- allow any other person to access or use your Account;
- create more than one Account on the Site;
- register an Account on behalf of another person or as a corporate entity.
- You must immediately notify the Operator via the contact options provided on the Site if you suspect unauthorised access, security breach, or misuse of your Account. The Operator may, but is not obliged to, freeze the Account while investigating.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Only bets placed via your logged-in Account through the official interface of the Site will be accepted. Bets placed in any other manner will not be valid.
- Before confirming a bet, you must ensure that:
- you understand the rules of the relevant Game;
- you have sufficient available balance;
- the stake amount and other settings are correct.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each Game and may differ depending on the product, currency, and your Account status. Applicable limits are displayed in each Game interface and/or in the cashier.
- Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Operator's systems, it cannot be cancelled or modified by you, except where explicitly permitted by the specific Game rules.
Game Outcomes and Errors
- Game outcomes are determined by random number generator (RNG) technology or by the rules of the specific Game (for example, in live casino). The result shown on the Server (the Operator's systems or those of its suppliers) is final and binding.
- If a Game is interrupted due to technical failure, network issues, or similar, the outcome recorded by the Server will prevail. Where such outcome cannot be determined, the Operator may:
- void the bet and refund the stake to your Account; or
- restore the Game to the last known valid state where possible.
- In the event of obvious error (including but not limited to misconfigured odds, incorrect payouts, or software malfunction), the Operator reserves the right to:
- void affected bets and reverse associated winnings; and/or
- adjust Account balances to the correct amounts as if the error had not occurred.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- You must behave respectfully in all interactions with live dealers, customer support, and other players, including in chat features associated with Games.
- The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- insults, threats, harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory language;
- sharing personal data of yourself or others in public chat;
- promoting or advertising third-party services or sites;
- attempting to collude, cheat, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage;
- using bots, scripts, or any form of automated play not explicitly permitted.
- The Operator may mute chat, restrict access to certain Games, suspend your Account, or take any other reasonable action if you violate these conduct rules.
Responsible Gambling
- Gambling should be treated as entertainment only, not as a source of income. You should never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose.
- The Site may offer responsible gambling tools (such as deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, or self-exclusion). Where available, you are encouraged to use these tools to manage your activity.
- If you self-exclude or request a cooling-off period, you must not attempt to open a new Account, and the Operator may take steps to enforce such exclusion across the Site.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation
- Bonuses are granted at the sole discretion of the Operator and may be subject to specific eligibility criteria, such as:
- minimum deposit amounts;
- promo codes entered at the time of deposit;
- geographical or account-status restrictions.
- The conditions applicable to each Bonus (including maximum bonus amount, game eligibility, and expiry) are presented in the relevant promotion description on the Site.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Unless stated otherwise, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements. You must complete the specified wagering within the time period detailed in the promotion (typically within a fixed number of days from activation).
- Until wagering requirements are met:
- withdrawals of Bonus funds and related winnings may be restricted; and
- the Operator may cancel the Bonus and associated winnings if the wagering deadline expires.
- Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering (for example, slots may contribute 100%, table games and live games a lower percentage, and some Games may not contribute at all). The exact contribution percentages are set out in the Bonus terms on the Site.
Prohibited Games and Actions
- Certain Games may be excluded from Bonus play or may only be available with real money. Using Bonus funds on excluded Games may lead to:
- cancellation of the Bonus;
- confiscation of Bonus winnings; and/or
- suspension or closure of your Account in cases of abuse.
- The following activities may be considered Bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:
- placing single or multiple bets that cover a high proportion of outcomes in a Game, thereby reducing risk;
- delaying Game rounds (including free spins) to a later time when no wagering requirement applies;
- using low-risk betting patterns solely to clear wagering requirements;
- creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
Combining Promotions
- Unless explicitly permitted, Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined. Only one active Bonus may be in place for a single deposit or play session.
- If multiple promotions apply, the Operator will determine which promotion is applied first. Any attempt to stack promotions in violation of the stated rules may result in cancellation of one or more Bonuses.
- The Operator reserves the right to withdraw or amend any Bonus or promotion at any time, provided that such changes will not adversely affect Bonuses already accepted by you, except as necessary to comply with law or regulatory requirements.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Conditions
- You may fund your Account using payment methods displayed in the cashier section of the Site, which may include:

- Standard minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and/or per day, week, or month, as specified in the cashier and subject to change.
Anti-Money Laundering and Wagering of Deposits
- To comply with anti-money laundering rules, the Operator may require that each deposit be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Where this has not occurred, the Operator may:
- refuse or delay the withdrawal; and/or
- charge a reasonable fee to cover administrative and processing costs.
- The Operator may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in Curaçao or other jurisdictions where legally required.
Refunds and Reversals
- Once confirmed and used for betting, deposits are generally non-refundable. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted only where:
- no betting activity has occurred with the deposited funds; or
- a clear technical error or duplicate transaction can be demonstrated.
- The Operator may refuse a refund where it suspects:
- bonus abuse;
- money laundering or other unlawful activity; or
- breach of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- The Operator undertakes to provide the services on the Site with reasonable skill and care and to:
- operate the Site in accordance with its Curaçao E-gaming licence (no. 8048/JAZ2020-013 issued by Antillephone N.V.);
- ensure that accepted bets are settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant Game; and

Exclusions of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for:
- any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms;
- telecommunications or internet failures, delays, or interruptions beyond the Operator's reasonable control;
- hardware or software failures on your side, including device incompatibility;
- any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunity;
- use of the Site from any Restricted Jurisdiction, including Ontario, Canada.
- You acknowledge that:
- for Canadian players (outside Ontario), the Site operates in a "grey-market" environment and is not regulated by Canadian provincial or federal gambling authorities; and
- you have no recourse to Canadian regulators such as iGaming Ontario / AGCO in connection with the services.
Maximum Liability
- Without prejudice to the above, and to the extent permitted by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with a particular bet, Game, or transaction shall not exceed the amount of the stake or wager
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights in and to the Site and its content (including but not limited to software, databases, source code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, trade names, and user interface design) are owned by the Operator or its licensors.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site and its content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
- You must not, without the prior written consent of the Operator:
- copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Site;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software used on the Site, except where permitted by law;
- use any automated tools (such as bots, crawlers, spiders) to access or interact with the Site, other than standard search-engine technologies.
- Any unauthorised use of the Operator's or its licensors' intellectual property may result in civil or criminal proceedings and immediate termination of your Account.
Privacy & Data Protection
- The Operator processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, as published on the Site and updated from time to time.
- By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described therein.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and current so that the Operator can comply with legal obligations and provide services to you.
Changes to Terms
- The Operator may update or amend these Terms from time to time, for example to:
- reflect changes in applicable laws or regulatory requirements in Curaçao or Canada;
- implement new features, products, or services; or
- address security, operational, or responsible gambling considerations.
- Where material changes are made, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify you, which may include:

Termination & Suspension
Termination by You
- You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support via the methods provided on the Site.
- Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (subject to ongoing investigations, KYC requirements, and these Terms) will be paid out to you, using a method reasonably determined by the Operator.
Termination or Suspension by the Operator
- The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, and/or restrict your access to the Site, with or without prior notice, where:
- you breach any provision of these Terms;
- you provide false, misleading, or incomplete information;
- you are suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
- you use the Site while physically present in a Restricted Jurisdiction, including Ontario, Canada;
- the Operator is required to do so by law, a court order, or a regulatory authority.
- During suspension, you may be unable to deposit, bet, or withdraw funds. The Operator will investigate and decide whether to reactivate or close the Account.
- Upon termination (other than for unlawful conduct or serious breach), any remaining Real Money Balance, less any applicable fees or chargebacks, will be returned to you. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited unless the Operator determines otherwise at its discretion.
Inactive and Dormant Accounts
- If your Account shows no login or betting activity for a prolonged period as specified on the Site, it may be classified as inactive or dormant.
- The Operator may charge a reasonable administrative fee on dormant Accounts, provided that:
- you are notified in advance, where required by applicable law; and
- any such fees do not exceed the balance in your Account.
- Accounts with a zero balance and prolonged inactivity may be closed.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your province or territory of residence in Canada, you agree that:
- any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be submitted to arbitration or the competent courts of Curaçao, as determined by the Operator; and
- you have no recourse to Canadian gambling regulators, including iGaming Ontario / AGCO, in relation to the Site or the Operator's services.
- Nothing in this clause deprives you of any non-waivable consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the mandatory laws of your place of residence.
